岗位职责 Job Responsibilities: 1、管理日程表; Managing calendar; 2、会议 / 差旅日程安排; Meeting/travel scheduling; 3、跟进和跟踪任务完成情况; Follow-up and tracking of assignments; 4、运营经理的费用报告; Expense reporting of Operations Manager; 5、参加总经理会议并安排会议; Attend General Manager and Schedule Meetings; 6、为与会者做笔记和详细的备忘录; Take notes and elaborate memos for attendees; 7、跟进任务; Follow up task; 8、与本岗位有关的其他工作。 Other assignments that can be relevant of this position. 岗位要求 Job Requirements: 1、本科学历,行政管理或相关专业,优秀者可适当放宽条件; Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field, will consider Education and Experience equivalents; 2、1年汽车行业一级/二级供应商工作经验; 1 year of experience in the automotive industry Tier1 or Tier 2; 3、有不同文化背景(墨西哥、美国、德国)的工作经验者优先;Experience with different cultures (Mexican, USA, Germany) is a Plus; 4、熟练使用微软办公软件(Excel,Words,Power Point); Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point); 5、优秀的沟通能力; Excellent communication; 6、有很强的组织能力,积极主动,有良好的优先排序技能; Highly organized and proactive with good prioritization skills; 7、卓越的办公室管理技巧; Outstanding office management skills; 8、良好的人际互动和跟进技巧; Good Interpersonal interaction and follow-up skills; 9、熟练的英语、中文和西班牙语听说读写能力。 Fluent in English, Chinese and Spanish (Speak and write).
