Responsibilities: 1. Follow training plan, and conduct training activities; 2. Induction and business-related training/ counseling; 3. Build and perfect the training system, training rules/ regulations and related procedures; 4. Build and manage training team; 5. Establish training files, design evaluation methods for training performance based On training content and purposes. 6. Other tasks assigned by the leader. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, major in Mandarin; 2. Proficient in Mandarin and Spanish both written and oral; 3. Have passion over training, past training experience preferred; 4. Good coordination ability, have basic knowledge in business etiquette; 5. Devotion and dedicate with ability to solve problems independently under pressure.
